Subdividing Classrooms into Smaller Groups

In the PIDP 3250 Instructional Strategies Course I was tasked to create a digital project.  The topic I chose was on subdividing classrooms into smaller groups.  This sounds like a fairly simple task but having never done this before it turned into a huge undertaking!  It was worth every minute though, because I am now familiar with Powtoons, the online software I used to create the project.  Potoons tutorials taught me the logical steps to create a project like this, which was a blessing, because I know I intuitively would not have used this sequence.  Step one was to write the script, step 2 is to record the audio, then step three was to insert the images around the audio recording!

Not only did I learn how to create digitally, I also learned a great deal about the best practices, pros and cons, and role of an instructor when dividing classrooms into groups.  I will leave it at that so as not to ruin the surprise!  Click on the link below if you would like to find out more on this topic!
